Activity Outline:
- Introduction
- Welcome participants and introduce the purpose of the workshop.
- Briefly explain the importance of sharing experiences in developing managerial skills.
- Assign Specific Themes
- Each participant will be provided with a topical theme.
- The themes are related to performance management:
- Cultural Congruence
- Effective Feedback
- Inclusiveness
- Strategic Congruence
- Performance Evaluation Thoroughness
- Sharing Personal Managerial Experiences
Each participant will be provided an opportunity to share a personal experience related to their assigned theme. Focus on three key areas:

After each participant shares, participants will be prompted to asked questions. Examples include:

- Each individual to summarise their lessons learned and key insights.
- Provide information on any follow-up resources or further discussions.
