Social Sciences and a B.Com Honours in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, with approximately 10 years of experience in implementing and managing Employee Health and Wellness (EHW) programs in various government sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Director of Employee Health and Wellness, she develops psychosocial intervention programs aligned with the Wheel of Wellness model, provides managerial consultation for team and individual management, and oversees sick leave, absenteeism, and presenteeism. Additionally, Luleka is responsible for developing and reviewing EHW policies, ensuring compliance reporting, and evaluating EHW programs using a Theory of Change and results-based framework. She also manages service provider contracts, including SLAs, TORs, pricing schedules, invoicing, and performance management, strategically addressing the four pillars of Employee Health and Wellness: HIV, STIs and TB management; health and productivity management; SHERQ; and wellness management.

With 10 years of nursing experience, she previously served as the Regional Master Trainer for Ward-Based Primary Health Care Outreach Teams (WBOT) in the Tshwane district. In this role, Tshegofatso led district outreach efforts, developed training aligned with provincial objectives, and fostered collaborations with local stakeholders. Her initiatives focus on expanding WBOT services, supporting primary healthcare facilities, and promoting mental health education to reduce stigma around HIV, TB, and LGBTQ issues within communities. Career highlights include roles at an international marketing agency, where abilities encompassed digital team management, research and content creation, SEO, data-driven strategy and analytics, CRM systems, and web development. Expertise also includes managing comprehensive marketing campaigns, and developing and optimising UX and UI experiences across digital platforms. In the financial sector, a focus on investment strategy, financial advising, and risk management enabled the development of strong analytical, compliance, and client relationship skills. As a regional company representative in FMCG, responsibilities included strengthened brand management, production planning, sales, and logistics capabilities.
